Buyers Resources
Buying a home is an exciting time in one's life. Making the smart move of choosing a REALTOR® holding three letters after their name- "ABR" is your first step. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to those REALTORS who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level quality service required by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®.
In addition, I hold the new designation WHC. Workforce Housing Certified (WHC) REALTORS® are specially trained to receive customer inquiries on workforce and affordable housing finance programs for selected jurisdictions. Increasingly, housing costs in many areas of Maryland are exceeding the financial reach of many moderate-wage earners, such as service-sector employees, entry-level staff and essential health personnel, as well as teachers, police and firefighters. I assist first time Maryland homebuyers find state & local programs available for low/no downpayment, closing cost grants, extended term mortgages, as well as other tax credits, plus local government resources for homeownership education and counseling.
My services and experience range from financial aid to helping you find the home that best suits you and your family. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. I pride myself on repeat business and hope you'll come to understand why.
